Power Nap
Scientists has found out a new way to sleep .. may be a faster way to sleep, just like switching on a light and you go to sleep, advantage over this is you get a power nap of eight hours in a couple of hours or three.
In our eight hours of our normal sleep only around 4 - 6 hours we do a actual sleep and the rest will be spent for dreaming, activities and some mood processes.
This happens to me often, lights will be off and I will be closing my eyes not sleeping, will be thinking of many things, Dream with conscious and with conscious.
So we could save some time in sleep and do more other activity.. Cool right.
